Refund policy

We want you to love your Garage Built Fitness equipment. If you're not satisfied, here's our policy:

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email us at support at: garagebuiltfit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at garagebuiltfit@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Digital products and workout programs are non-refundable once delivered.
