FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Push Up System
Q: What's the difference between the Base and PRO versions?
A: The PRO version includes additional equipment: a second ab roller wheel, a Pilates bar, 4 resistance bands, ankle straps, and a door anchor — making it a complete home gym kit. It also ships from our US warehouse (3–5 days). The Base version includes just the push-up board with bands and ships in 6–13 days.
Q: Is this good for beginners?
A: Absolutely. The color-coded board tells you exactly where to place your hands for each muscle group. You don't need any prior experience — just follow the positions and the included 4-week workout plan.
Q: How heavy/big is the board? Will it fit in my apartment?
A: The push-up board folds flat for easy storage under a bed or in a closet. It weighs under 5 lbs and takes up no more space than a laptop bag when folded.
Q: What is the maximum weight capacity?
A: The board supports up to 300 lbs.
Q: Do I get the free workout plan automatically?
A: Yes — after your purchase, we'll email you the free 4-week training plan within 24 hours. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Weighted Vest
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What's the difference between 16lb and 20lb?
A: Both vests are identical in design and construction. The 16lb is ideal for beginners or those adding weight to bodyweight workouts. The 20lb is better for advanced athletes or those using it for runs and loaded carries.
Q: Will this fit me? I'm [tall/short/bigger build].
A: The vest has adjustable buckle straps and fits most body types for men and women. It's a one-size-fits-most design built to stay secure during dynamic movements.
Q: Can I wear it while running outdoors?
A: Yes — the vest has a low-profile design that won't restrict your stride, and reflective stripes for visibility during early morning or evening runs.
Q: Will the weight shift around during workouts?
A: No. The weight is evenly distributed across the chest and back panels and stays secure when the buckle straps are tightened. You can do pull-ups, dips, and push-ups without the vest moving.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The Weighted Vest ships from our US warehouse and is delivered in 2–6 business days. Free shipping on all orders.
